Worry Less About The Past and Future

" Tomorrow never comes. " These three words may seem too common to many of you business people , but believe me when I say these three words have literally saved me from continuing my negative habit of worry excessive on things. Often , people who worry too much afraid of life itself.

Because let's face it , life is not simple. It is very complex , because we are creatures of desires and goals , life becomes doubly difficult sometimes because we have to go through a lot to achieve our dreams .
The complexity of life is not an excuse to worry excessively . Worrying does not help solve the problems. Reminding you to solve specific problems in your life is different than just worrying about things .

" Tomorrow never comes. " These are the three words that can save you from a life of unnecessary worry . You see, the only thing that really matters is today.This is where you are now. And from the point of view of the universe, which is the only time that matters to man.
The past and the future does not matter , because if you think about the past and the future, you 're forcing you to expend energy on the thoughts that have nothing to do with today.

The past is gone.You can do nothing about the events that have already occurred. Energies , emotions and potentialities of the past have disappeared, such as steam . The past is no more than a fleeting memory that can be used for wisdom or completely abandoned.

Learning from the past is good. Worrying about what happened and does not give you wisdom, he should not " learn from the past " an excuse to worry about the past now. Renounce this kind of thinking , because it is part of the cage invisible concerns that made life impossible.

For example, if you lost a few thousand dollars last week due to repairs at home or whatever , if you worry about the money you spend and what your bank account will be in next two years or three years? Of course not ! This means that you lose energy in the events that have already taken place and events that have not yet occurred.

I want you to think carefully about the following questions and answer them as honestly as possible. Then think about your answers. This little exercise will help you understand yourself better , at least when it comes to worry sometimes .

2- Who is more important , the "future" or the things you have to deal with today?

3- Do you think that the past and the future rather than the present?

4- Do you tend to ignore certain things now to worry about what happened in the past?

5- Spend a lot of time and energy to think about problems instead of doing something to solve these problems?

6- Start the day thinking about how to overcome the challenges of the day, or you start your day feeling depressed that their problems are still there ? Do you spend your thinking all day about these issues, or is more interested in accomplishing things ?

7- You want to make more if you try not to worry about past events and stuff that has not happened yet ?

8- If you want to live a carefree life , when you want to start enjoying life without worry ? If yes , what kind of timetable are you looking at ?
